“I’m writing to express my highest regards for city contractor Vision Utility Infrastructure —who recently completed a pipe-bursting sewer line replacement. The work took place at the end of our driveway, and we feared major disruptions during the course of the project, but everyone, from the job supervisors to the equipment operators to the guys shoveling the dirt, were amazing. They went out of their way to make sure that we could access our driveway—even when, at times, I know it created some additional labor for them. And they were always so pleasant—it was truly a joy to interact with them.

In addition to feeling very well treated by everyone, my wife and I were further impressed by the professionalism with which the entire project was handled. We felt well-prepared for what was going to happen during the project, and they communicated progress to us on a daily basis. They left the worksite clean and contained at the end of every workday. As an added bonus, they completed the project ahead of schedule!

Overall, we were just so impressed with how this project was planned and executed. And at the completion of the project, the crew worked meticulously to leave the site in as good or better condition than before the project started.
